in fairness, dahil kay sandara, mukhang unti-unting makikilala ang Kpop here sa Pinas...katulad kanina, may 3 sophomore studes kaming katabi sa dulo ng west wing na naguusap tungkol sa 2ne1...kaya nga lang fresh pa talaga ang KPOp here...

Koakuma Ageha Model Sumire Dies At 21

Fashion model Sumire, primarily active with the magazine Koakuma Ageha, passed away in her own apartment on Thursday due to a cerebral hemorrhage, it has been learned. She was only 21 years old. In May, Sumire had written in her official blog that she was suffering from headaches. She stopped updating the blog for a couple weeks, then on June 3 she wrote a post saying that she wasn't feeling well and had returned to her hometown. On Wednesday night, her manager became concerned after being unable to contact her. Sumire was later found dead, and police confirmed that there were no signs of foul play. Rest in Peace...

Alice Nine revealed more details regarding their upcoming single, set to be released on August 5th. Titled Hana, the single will contain both the title track and the b-side SLEEPWALKER and will be released in three versions. The two limited editions will come with a DVD each, one including the PV for Hana and the other with the PV for SLEEPWALKER, and the regular edition will feature an additional third track named High And Low.

Additionally, the band has undergone a minor name change from alice nine. to Alice Nine

More details have been announced regarding the GazettE's long-awaited new album, DIM. Set to come out on July 15th, the album will feature a total of 17 tracks, including their previous singles Guren, LEECH and DISTRESS AND COMA, plus the b-side HEADACHE MAN. The album's main song, THE INVISIBLE WALL, will have its music video included in the DVD of the release's limited edition, which will also include further contents under the title THE OTHER SIDE OF [DIM]. This version will also come with a separate booklet housed in a special package.

Nid ko pa pala pumunta maya before 1pm sa skul at may meeting daw ang GEMS...nakakatamad sana...kung di lang kailangan...eh sa friday punta ulit ako skul para naman sa thesis...hay!

I treasure many fun memories in my high school life.Maraming kalokohan at kabalastugan din akong napasukan at naexperience with my hs buddies.

I can still remember the time na nagpapatintero kami sa gitna ng quadrangle kahit kinansel na ang klase at kami na lang tao sa buong school. Nakita pa nga kami ni Mam Puring nun pero di niya kami sinaway.

Pinakamemorable place sa kin---Extensive Reading Room…

Dun kasi nabuo yung pagkakaibigan at pangarap naming 13- Kelvin, Angelica, Justine, Shiena, Allen, Eddie, Aloha, Rio, Rogel, Jomark, Rosario, Mary Joy…(pasensya na sa hindi ko nabanggit.)

Lagi kaming nasa extensive reading room tuwing hapon. Ang rason nga namin nun sa mga parents namin, “Kailangan po kasi naming magpractice para sa DSPC”…eh, dumating yung time na tapos na ang division press con…so, wala ng bonding moments sa extensive. Hindi na kami makakapagharlem at Macarena...

But, sadyang matitigas lang ang ulo naming magkakaibigan…nagpatuloy kami sa pagstistay sa ERR kahit wala ng rason para magpahapon kami.

Hindi naging problema sa min yung pananghalian kasi limang pisong kanin lang with ketchup as our ulam o di kaya yung tigpipisong cheepee o tattoos, carry na ang lunch…hehe…kaya ako pumayat ng bongga nun eh…

Pinapalayas na nga kami ng mga teacher eh kasi taong school na kami…sabi nga ni mam dela cruz nun “Hindi ba kayo hinahanap ng mga magulang nyo? Magsi-uwi nga kayo! ” hehe…(thank you nga pala mam sa softdrinks na binigay nyo dati)…nakakatuwa lang balikan…sabi din ni mam pie nun, “Mga anak, nandito pa kayo?”…mas nauuna pa nga silang umuwi ni superman kaysa sa amin… Pag-uwi namin sa bahay, super pagod at borlog na…hay…

Kagrupo ko din silang 12 sa subject na Filipino ni Mrs. San Diego…madami kaming kalokohan pagdating sa reporting…most of the time kami ni Shiena ang script writer…pero I would say na sa lahat ng mga naging reportings namin, hindi lahat nasunod sa script…mahilig kasi kaming mag-adlibs…kaya hayun!Riot! hehe…nakakatuwa kasi gamay namin yung bawat isa kaya nag-babatuhan na lang kami ng mga punchline- on the spot…

Bawal ang pakyeme-kyeme pag kagrupo ka namin…actually, wala na nga kaming dangal nun eh…pano ba naman, puro kahihiyan yung mga pinaggagawa namin pag reportings…nandyan yung mag-ala- encantadia kami o di kaya magsuot ng mga pang pulubi at mga anik-anik na hindi para sa normal na tao..hehe..kung iisipin ko lang lahat ng ginawa ko noon, naku! NAKAKAHIYA!hehe..pero,,,sa bawat reportings namin…nakakatuwang makita na responsive yung mga audience—the rest of Rizalians…Pag tumatawa sila sa mga jokes namin, masarap sa pakiramdam…sounds cheesy, but it’s true! Kahit yung pinakaTUOD na tao sa room, basta makita namin ngumiti, nakakainspire magpatawa…naks!hehe…para na kaming clown sa harapan…haha…

Pero seriously, I am really blessed to have friends na nandyan pa rin no matter what happen... My father’s death would be the best example…kahit may kanya-kanya na kaming buhay, nandyan pa rin di lang yung 12 na mga close friends ko nung high school kundi maging yung iba pang mga kaibigan at mga taong kahit di namin gaanong napansin ni Shiena nung high school- nandyan para dumamay sa min…

With that, I would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank you” sa inyong lahat!!! Naging meaningful ang high school life ko because of you guys!!! (cheesy mode) hehe…basta I promise na pag may enough time and money na ako, I’ll make a bonggang2 reunion for us. Hindi lang basta reunion…gusto ko yung memorable talaga at pinaghandaan ng lahat…Saranghae!!!

Kim Hyun Joong Feeling Depressed

Kim Hyun Joong has left people around him worried after he seemed to be in misery and suffering from depression recently during work. This apparently happened after Kim Hyun Joong's grandmother suffered complications during her knee surgery last month. His grandmother showed symptoms of paralysis to the whole body during the surgery and although she is currently out of danger, she is unable to recognize anyone else other than Kim Hyun Joong himself.

Hyun Joong had expressed many times during interviews that his grandmother was like a 'mother' to him. He said, "Before I was admitted to school, my grandmother was the one looking after me on behalf of my parents who were busy with work. My grandmother doted on me since I was little and she was more happy than anyone else when she saw that I had achieved a little success as a singer and in Boys Before Flowers. I was able to endure all the tiring and tough times because of her (grandmother) support." The news that his grandmother was seriously ill after surgery has thus pained Kim Hyun Joong's heart deeply and left him severely drained.

Kim Hyun Joong is not ruling out the possibility of negligence by the doctors in charge which led to his grandmother suffering complications during surgery and will be seeking a thorough inquiry into the surgery procedures. If it was found to be negligence that resulted in Hyun Joong's grandmother health being worsened, Hyun Joong is likely to file for legal action for his grandmother.

Kim Hyun Joong's grandmother has now been transferred to another medical facility in Gyeonggi-do for further treatment and Hyun Joong will always head over to look after his grandmother if his schedule permits. He can't do that for the time being though as he is currently with SS501 for promotions in Hawaii and will only be back on 4th June.

"ROOKIES" Rakes In 1.2 Billion On Opening Weekend

As expected, the "ROOKIES" movie was a major success at the box office in its opening weekend. The film played on 428 screens across Japan, and in two days it was seen by over 980,000 people, earning more than 1.2 billion yen.

The movie's performance is being compared to "Hana Yori Dango Final," which was the #1 live-action film and #2 overall (behind "Gake no Ue no Ponyo" ) of 2008. "ROOKIES" opened on 7% more screens (compared to 400) and made 21.7% more in ticket revenue. At this rate, "ROOKIES" could eventually earn over 9 billion yen in theaters, given that "Hana Yori Dango Final" ultimately grossed 7.75 billion. Toho hopes that "ROOKIES" may even break the 10 billion yen mark, which has only been achieved by three live-action Japanese films so far.
